The Website offers casino-style games using virtual Gold Coins. Optional Gold Coin purchases are available. Gameplay does not offer cash withdrawals or cash or merchandise prizes.

Gold Coins and Optional Purchases
Gold Coins are virtual credits used for entertainment on the Website. They may be obtained through available free rewards, gameplay or optional purchases. Gold Coins, VIP XP, tier status and promotional rewards cannot be redeemed through SimplyFuntime for cash, merchandise or other prizes. They are not a bank balance or a claim to a cash payment. You may not sell, transfer or exchange them outside the Website.
Purchases are optional. A purchase supplies only the Gold Coins and any other benefits expressly included in the offer you accept; it does not guarantee a game outcome or a win. Review the package, price, currency and final checkout total before paying. The price and quantity recorded for an existing order are not changed by later updates to the catalog.
Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If you believe a payment is unauthorized, duplicated, incorrect or did not deliver the purchased Gold Coins, contact support@simplyfuntime.com with your order reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Refunds and remedies are subject to applicable law and the purchase terms disclosed at checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibility for Losses
You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for any losses incurred while playing the games on the Website. Gaming Co Studios LLC shall not be liable for any losses incurred while playing the games.
Game Fairness
Gaming Co Studios LLC shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the games offered on the Website are fair and operate as intended. VIP Club and Promotional Rewards
The VIP Club has nine tiers. Under the current program, 100 eligible Gold Coins wagered in a settled round earn 1 XP. Unsettled wagers do not earn XP, and buying Gold Coins does not itself earn VIP XP. Daily rewards may be claimed once per account per daily period; the period resets at 00:00 UTC. Tier thresholds and the Gold Coin amounts for tier and daily rewards are displayed on the VIP Club page.
VIP XP and rewards have no cash-redemption value. Additional offer-specific conditions apply where displayed. Duplicate claims, fraudulent activity or processing errors may be investigated and corrected. These Terms do not grant permission to alter properly settled game results or purchase entitlements without a valid basis. Program changes will be described in the program rules and notified where required by applicable law.
Game Availability and Interrupted Play
Connection problems, browser interruptions and maintenance can interrupt gameplay. If a game stops responding, return to the lobby and reopen the game before attempting further play. An interrupted screen does not necessarily mean a wager failed. Pending rounds may need to be resumed and completed before another game can be opened. Contact support if a round or balance appears incorrect; include the game name and approximate time, but not passwords or login tokens.
Play Responsibly
